About
Our advisory team is dedicated to helping households with approximately $500,000 or more of investable assets—but what matters most is a positive mindset toward money. We value working with individuals and families who are committed to building wealth and actively engaging in planning for their financial goals. While we proudly serve clients across Western Canada, the majority of our relationships are rooted in the Regina area.
“It is my goal to provide the highest level of personal attention so that nobody outside of your immediate family knows or cares more about you than us. “
Gisele Gherasim, CEA, CFP, R.F.P
Gisele has been an integral part of Brothers & Company for over 28 years. Carrying forward the vision as the founder’s successor, she is committed to continuing Brother & Company’s legacy—delivering the highly personalized client experience that has defined the firm for decades.
Her true passion lies in comprehensive financial planning, which to Gisele means far more than creating retirement, estate, tax, cash-flow, and wealth accumulation strategies. For her, planning begins with understanding clients on a deeper level—their mindset, personality, preferences, and most importantly, their values and the legacy they aspire to leave behind.
Gisele is a Certified Financial Planner®, Registered Financial Planner, and holds the Certified Executor Advisor designation. She actively volunteers with FP Canada, contributing in multiple capacities. Notably, she served a six‑year term on the exam panel committee, where she helped develop the CFP exam and ensured it met the highest standards of fairness, reliability, and validity. In addition, Gisele is a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing insights on financial planning, wealth management, and leadership.
“I provide personalized financial planning and tax strategies designed to help you grow, protect, and enjoy your wealth—so you can feel confident about your future.”
